The Great Flood

The great flood was the baptism of the Earth by water. Which represents the burial of Jesus Christ at his Death. "Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death" (Rom6).

The Earth will then be baptised by fire at the Second Coming of Christ. "FOR, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up" (Mal. 4).
